A wonderful service with a great staff. BUT I wouldn't want to see the practice take on more patients.

It doesn't seem possible to cancel appointments on the day via the automated phone system and it is often hard to get through to a receptionist

Feel fortunate to have such a good practice! I find all the staff to be friendly and approachable. It seems to take longer to get a GP appointment so I hope Fram's population does not increase! Don't like the new waiting room layout much.
